In this versatile role, you take on a central position in payroll processing and support employees as well as managers with all payroll-related matters. Payroll Specialist 50-60%

Are you our payroll reinforcement?
- You are responsible for maintaining personnel and payroll data, processing payroll changes and expenses, and ensuring the correct handling of social insurances and withholding taxes.
- For payroll-related questions, you are the competent contact person for employees, managers, and external bodies such as social insurance institutions, pension funds, and tax offices.
- You handle the administrative processes in attendance management (AWM) and ensure the correct processing and posting of social insurance daily allowances.
- You perform the monthly reconciliations of payroll-related general ledger accounts and assist with year-end closings and audits.
- With your expertise, you actively contribute to the optimisation and further development of our payroll and HRM processes.
- Ideally, you hold an HR specialist certificate and/or social insurance specialist certificate and bring several years of experience in Swiss payroll processing and the HR environment.
- You have a knack for numbers, accuracy, and a structured way of working – even with complex matters, you keep an overview.
- You are confident in using MS Office; experience with SAP HCM is an advantage.
- You work independently and reliably while appreciating professional exchange and teamwork.
