Your responsibilities

As Head of Finance, you assume overall responsibility for the Finance area. In this key role, you are the strategic partner of the Management and ensure financial steering within our company.

Your tasks

• Responsibility for management control of major projects, including variance analyses between
forecasts and actuals, margin analyses and risk assessments
• Responsibility for all finance and accounting
• Preparation of the budget, financial forecasts and cash flow planning
• Implementation and development of performance indicators and reporting systems
• Conducting profitability analyses and complex financial calculations
• Ensuring an effective internal control system (ICS)
• Main contact for audit bodies, banks and external partners
• Hierarchical and functional supervision of a small team
• Support, development and appreciation of employees
• Optimisation of processes and procedures

Your profile

• Higher education in finance, business management or accounting
• Several years of managerial experience in a similar role
• Proven experience in financial management and project control
• Excellent knowledge of budgeting, financial forecasting and financial analysis
• Experience in managing and monitoring large complex projects
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office, especially Excel
• Analytical, structured and solution-oriented working method
• High sense of responsibility, stress resistance and entrepreneurial spirit
• Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written; any other language is an asset
