With its 2,400 expert and committed collaborators, including more than 50 teams deployed throughout the canton, IMAD's mission is to meet the population's needs and their wish to remain at home autonomously while preserving their quality of life during periods of temporary or prolonged fragility. It also helps to limit hospital stay durations, facilitate return home, and relieve informal carers.
Recognised for its expertise and quality of care, IMAD has always trained the next generation of health professionals and offers its collaborators numerous continuing education opportunities. It provides a flexible working environment that promotes work-life balance and conditions encouraging skills development as well as the sharing of knowledge and experience.
