You are responsible for the technical support of modern digital workplace environments and continuously develop private cloud VDI as well as multi-cloud solutions.
You define flexible standards for new services and platforms, evaluate different requirements and develop sustainable solution concepts from them.
You support the responsible project teams in the technical architecture, coordinate implementations and accompany demanding IT projects until successful commissioning.
You take on the technical realisation of individual cloud workplace projects, configure the corresponding system components and integrate them into existing infrastructures.
You solve complex technical challenges in third-level operations, analyse faults at the system level and ensure sustainable stabilisation of the entire environment.
Qualifications:
A completed IT education, higher professional qualification or corresponding long-term experience in a comparable infrastructure environment.
Several years of experience with VDI technologies, especially Citrix and Horizon, as well as sound knowledge of virtualisation solutions and Veeam.
Confident handling of Windows Server and Windows clients including administration, configuration and troubleshooting.
Deep understanding of Active Directory, Group Policies, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID, Defender as well as modern multi-cloud platforms.
A self-organised, precise and analytical working style, strong cooperation skills, very good German skills and good English skills.
