For nearly 90 years, we have been developing, manufacturing and marketing
insulating products made from 80% recycled glass.

To continue building on our success in the Swiss market, we are looking for
our Lucens site, to start immediately or as agreed, a:

Customer Service Associate

Your tasks

• Handle various commercial requests from our customers (receipt, follow-up and management of orders)
• Respond professionally by phone or email to various
  customer enquiries
• Participate in the training of commercial apprentices
• Support external sales in the preparation of offers

Your profile

• You are bilingual in Swiss German / French
• You have completed commercial or administrative training or have equivalent experience
• You have experience in the construction sector = advantage
• You are customer-oriented and have good stress resistance
• You communicate easily and have a strong team spirit
• You are proficient with common IT tools - SAP = asset
