Plant Operator ? Special Products (100%)

At the Konolfingen production site, around 550 employees manufacture high-quality infant and special nutrition for the global market. For our automated Special Products area, we are looking for a committed and quality-conscious individual to control and monitor our modern production lines.

Your tasks:

• Plant operation & control: Processing milk and infant nutrition ? from raw material input and spray drying to mixing and filling processes.
• Quality control & laboratory: Conduct standard analyses in the line laboratory according to QMS and document production and cleaning steps comprehensively.
• Cleaning & maintenance: Independently carry out CIP and basic cleaning according to hygiene and NGMP specifications.
• Care & safety: Comply with occupational safety and environmental guidelines and handle raw materials, materials, and equipment resource-consciously.
• Commitment: Reliable work in a regulated shift system (including weekends).

Your profile:

• Training & experience: Completed vocational training (EFZ) as a dairy or food technologist or several years of practical experience in food production.
• Know-how: Good technical understanding and routine in handling MS Office, SAP, and MES.
• Working style: Independent, quality-oriented, and with a strong awareness of hygiene and safety.
• Personality: Reliable team player with initiative and solution-oriented thinking.
• Languages: Very good German skills in spoken and written form.
