Operation: RTS Ecublens Restaurant
Are you our new team member in French-speaking Switzerland, who will assist us as a Kitchen Assistant? Working hours from Monday to Friday between 6:00 and 16:30.
Our task menu
- Welcoming customers
- Using the cash register
- Preparation of mise-en-place
- Ensuring an attractive presentation of goods
- Production and setting up of the cold buffet, salad buffet, sandwiches, desserts
- Plating and serving menus in front of customers
- Support in production
- Implementation of ZFV quality and service standards
- Compliance with and implementation of hygiene and occupational safety guidelines
- Tidying up
The recipe for your success
- Enthusiastic and dynamic, curious and ready to develop new skills
- Experience in a similar position
- French language, spoken and written
- Knowledge of HACCP standards
- Meticulous work aimed at continuously improving the quality of services and products
- Strict application of agreed quality standards
