Role:
As a Trust Officer, you take on a central role in the care and management of mandates. You support companies and private individuals in accounting and tax matters and ensure precise and reliable handling of all processes.
Responsibilities:
You manage and supervise the financial accounting for various clients.
You prepare annual financial statements according to Swiss Code of Obligations and assist with audits.
You handle payroll accounting, including social security settlements.
You prepare tax returns for natural and legal persons.
You prepare VAT returns and communicate with authorities.
You support clients with business management issues.
You actively participate in internal optimisation projects.
Qualifications:
You have a completed commercial apprenticeship with further training as a Trust Officer or in the field of trust/accounting.
You bring several years of experience in trust services, ideally in supporting SME mandates.
You are confident in using accounting software and MS Office.
You have very good German skills, additional language skills are an advantage.
