What to expect

• Providing telephone and written information on general insurance questions, benefit topics, products and services
• Advising prospects as well as customers at the counter in the sales outlets
• Writing standard and individual correspondence and simple amendments
• Processing tasks on time according to defined standards in the required quality and quantity

What you bring

• Commercial vocational training or training in a comparable customer- or sales-oriented environment
• Practical professional experience, preferably in a customer service of an insurance company or in personal customer contact in a service company
• Willingness for regular deployment in our sales outlets in St. Gallen and Schaffhausen
• High customer orientation, friendly appearance as well as enjoyment in advising and selling in telephone and personal customer contact
• Commitment to completing the course Certification Insurance Intermediary Profile Supplementary Health Insurance
