Role:

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a committed specialist for project management in heating with a focus on heat pumps, renewable energies and modern heat generation systems. You will independently plan, coordinate and realise demanding heating projects from the initial customer enquiry to successful commissioning. The focus is on technical advice on heat pumps, wood heating systems and district heating, leading installation teams as well as cost, schedule and quality management. The position offers a varied field of activity with high personal responsibility and the opportunity to actively further develop sustainable heating solutions and digital project processes.

Responsibilities:

• Independent project management of modern heating systems from the initial enquiry through planning and execution to commissioning

• Technical advice to private and business customers on energy-efficient heating solutions such as heat pumps, wood heating systems and district heating connections

• Planning and coordination of heating projects taking into account technical, economic and energy requirements

• Design and implementation of renewable heat generation systems with a focus on sustainable and future-proof heating technologies

• Coordination of heating installers and installation teams with organisation of workflows and ensuring professional execution

• Collaboration with energy consultants, suppliers and partner companies to coordinate technical solutions and project-specific requirements

• Cost, schedule and quality management with ongoing monitoring of project goals and initiation of appropriate measures in case of deviations

• Creation and monitoring of project and installation plans to ensure efficient and timely implementation

• Support of sales in technical matters by assessing customer requirements and developing suitable heating concepts

• Technical clarification of interfaces and execution questions with development of practical solutions during project implementation

• Accompaniment of commissioning and system handovers with control of completed work and ensuring proper project documentation

• Participation in the further development of digital platforms and internal processes to optimise project organisation and technical collaboration

Qualifications:

• Completed training as a building services planner EFZ heating, heating installer EFZ with technical further education or technician HF building services or a comparable qualification

• Initial practical experience in planning and implementing heating systems with interest in independently managing demanding projects

• Knowledge of modern heat generation systems such as heat pumps, wood heating systems and district heating as well as experience with renewable energies is an advantage

• Good technical understanding of heating and building technology systems with the ability to develop economical and energy-efficient solutions

• Strong organisational skills and cost awareness as well as an independent, structured and solution-oriented working style

• Communicative, reliable and responsible personality with confident appearance, team spirit and high punctuality

• Good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as interest in digital working methods and continuous development of modern heating technologies
