Microsoft Cloud Systems Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Administration and further development of cloud and workplace environments based on Azure, Intune and Microsoft 365
Handling of technical incidents, service requests and minor infrastructure changes at 2nd level
Monitoring of the system landscape, performing maintenance and optimising existing IT services
Coordination with customers, support teams, partners and internal specialists on technical matters
Maintenance of system documentation, assuming service responsibility and supporting IT projects
Qualifications:
Completed training in computer science, system technology or a comparable technical qualification
Professional experience in the administration of Microsoft cloud services, especially Azure, Intune and Microsoft 365
Good knowledge of Windows Server, Windows clients, Microsoft Office and modern IT infrastructure
Independent, solution-oriented and customer-focused working style as well as willingness to participate in planned maintenance outside regular working hours
Very good German skills, good English skills and category B driving licence
