You take on the technical customer responsibility and ensure reliable operation of customer platforms
You design, install, maintain, and document IT platforms for customers
In case of faults, you analyse error conditions, initiate appropriate measures, and monitor their implementation
You apply suitable methods, standards, and tools for the setup and operation of modern systems
Additionally, you lead or support technical projects and actively contribute your know-how
Qualifications:
You have completed training or further education in system technology as well as several years of professional experience
You are well acquainted with Microsoft Server, Veeam Backup, and HP server and storage hardware
You routinely use Azure Services, M365, Entra ID, and Active Directory in your daily work environment
Good knowledge of Exchange On-Prem, Exchange Online, MS Hyper-V, and VMware vSphere completes your profile
Your German and English skills are flawless both orally and in writing
