Clinical Sales Specialist
Your main tasks:
- Development and implementation of the sales strategy for the whole of Switzerland with a focus on acquiring new customers in the hospital and clinic sector as well as expanding and sustainably maintaining the existing customer portfolio.
- Preparation, drafting and negotiation of commercial offers, handling public and private tenders, as well as direct negotiations with operating theatre management, purchasing departments and biomedical services.
- Support and training of medical and nursing staff in the introduction and optimal use of our products and devices, including product demonstrations, tests, workshops and accompaniment in the operating theatre.
- Representation of the company at national and international congresses, trade fairs and relevant events in Switzerland.
- Observation and analysis of the Swiss medical technology market as well as recording market needs and customer requirements. Passing on relevant insights to our research and development teams for the continuous further development of our products.
Your profile:
- Commercial or medical-technical training, for example in medical technology, nursing, operating theatre technology (TOA), health management or a comparable qualification.
- At least 3 to 5 years of professional experience in the sales of medical products, ideally in the Swiss hospital or surgical environment.
- Knowledge and experience in the fields of ENT (ORL), neurosurgery and/or spinal surgery are an advantage.
- Very good German and French skills, both spoken and written; ideally, one of the two languages is your mother tongue. Negotiation-level knowledge of the other language is required. Swiss German skills are an additional advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as a confident and professional appearance in the clinical and hospital environment.
- High degree of independence, reliability and initiative, combined with entrepreneurial thinking as well as a strong solution- and customer-oriented approach.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel regularly throughout Switzerland.
