Mandated by one of our clients based in the Fribourg region, the PROMAN Fribourg team is actively looking for:
Team Leader Mason (m/f)
- Mason training or solid experience in structural work
- Proven experience in leading a team on building sites
- Good plan reading skills, autonomy and organisational sense
- Ability to work on site while supervising your team
- Driving licence preferred
- Organise and distribute your team’s work on the site
- Participate in formwork, reinforcement, concreting and masonry work
- Read plans and ensure proper execution of the work
- Monitor the progress of the site and coordinate interventions with the site manager
- Enforce safety rules and quality requirements
