Team Leader Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable 80-100%

In this responsible leadership role, you actively shape the accounts payable and accounts receivable for several Swiss companies. Together with your team, you ensure reliable processes, high-quality financial data, as well as timely payments and postings.

Axians is part of VINCI Energies, an international network with over 3,300 employees in Switzerland. In our centrally organised Payroll Department in Zurich, we are looking for a committed individual as Team Leader Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable (80-100%) to start immediately or by arrangement. • With a reliable accounts payable and accounts receivable function, you strengthen the financial stability and operational capability of the companies you support.
• As a leader, you promote your employees, provide guidance, and further develop quality standards together with the team.
• Ensuring the correct and timely processing of supplier invoices, payment runs, customer payments, and credit notes.
• Reconciliation of bank sub-accounts and clarification of payment discrepancies.
• Responsibility for the quality of accounts payable and accounts receivable master data as well as for account reconciliations.
• Further development and digitalisation of processes as well as participation in system implementations.
• Ensuring internal control system (ICS), audit, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborative advice to business units and professional cooperation with suppliers, internal departments, and companies.

• Commercial basic training and further education in accounting.
• Several years of experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Experience in the professional and personnel management of employees.
• Good knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Confident use of Microsoft 365 applications.
• Fluent German in spoken and written form (working language).
• Experience in a shared service and/or corporate environment is an advantage.
