Architect (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF85,000 - 90,000Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for an architect to work on architecturally demanding building projects from the initial design to construction implementation. Depending on experience, you will take responsibility in conceptualisation, project planning or execution planning and accompany projects through several SIA phases. The focus is on precise architectural work, ArchiCAD, and the development of structurally and aesthetically convincing solutions. The position is suitable for both recent graduates and architects with professional experience, with tasks and project responsibility adapted to the respective level of experience.
Responsibilities:
Participation in architecturally demanding building projects from design to execution
Development and elaboration of design, aesthetic and usage concepts
Processing of preliminary projects, construction projects and building applications as well as preparation of the required planning documents
Creation and further development of project, execution and detail plans
Building and processing of 3D building models with ArchiCAD
Development of structural details and materialisation concepts taking architectural design into account
Coordination of architectural planning with specialist planners and other project participants
Implementation of plan and interface coordination between architecture, structural engineering and building services
Review and integration of specialist planner, contractor and workshop plans during execution planning
Support during the realisation phase and handling of planning and structural issues
Gradual assumption of project and planning responsibility according to education and professional experience
Qualifications:
Completed architecture studies ETH/FH or comparable university degree
Knowledge in design, project planning and/or execution planning
Initial professional experience in the Swiss architecture and construction environment is an advantage but not a requirement
Good user knowledge of ArchiCAD is an advantage
Solid understanding of architecture, construction, detailing and materialisation
Knowledge of SIA standards and Swiss planning processes is an advantage
Good German language skills spoken and written
