Software Consultant Public Administration (m/f/d)
Our partner is an owner-managed IT service company and has been successful for over 25 years with the full spectrum of IT solutions. Tailored to public administrations, energy suppliers and SMEs in the service sector, our partner employs around 100 staff and impresses with excellent industry and technology know-how.
Role:
In this role, you accompany customers in the use of software solutions and ensure that their concerns are handled competently and efficiently. You analyse support requests, identify causes of errors and find suitable solutions that ensure the smooth operation of the systems. In addition, you advise users on professional and technical questions and support them in the optimal use of the software deployed. Through your service-oriented approach, you contribute to sustainably strengthening customer satisfaction and continuously improving the quality of the software applications.
Responsibilities:
- You introduce the specialist application CMI from the idea to go-live
- In this role, you advise and support customers and assist them in daily operations via on-site, telephone and remote support
- As a software consultant and supporter, you create scripts and configure with C# and Powershell
- You configure web servers (IIS) and automate web app deployments with Powershell Universal
- In this role, you coordinate and implement release changes and service packs
- As a software consultant and supporter, you conduct customer training sessions and present the software products
Qualifications:
- You have a commercial basic education, ideally with experience in public administration, or a completed training in the field of computer science
- You bring user knowledge in the area of CMI
- You enjoy working independently and always look for pragmatic, solution-oriented ways
- You are characterised by teamwork and a pronounced customer-oriented attitude
- You communicate confidently in German
