Modern Workplace Support Engineer - M365 (m/f/d)

Operation and further development of modern client and workplace infrastructures for customers
Consulting and technical support in the Microsoft 365 environment
Analysis and handling of 2nd-level incidents as well as targeted escalation to 3rd level
Documentation and handling of disruptions within IT service management
Participation in introductions, migrations, updates and IT projects related to specialised applications and workplace solutions
Qualifications:
Training or further education in computer science or practical experience in 2nd-level support
Sound knowledge and practical experience with Microsoft 365 and modern client environments
Experience in incident management, fault analysis and IT service management
Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style with a strong customer and service orientation
Very good German language skills spoken and written as well as initiative, teamwork and organisational skills; residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate or work as a cross-border commuter
