Look forward to exciting tasks:

• In our telecom division, where we act as an Internet Service Provider, take on 1st-level support tasks and manage the daily business around network expansion and maintenance.
• Carry out on-site commissioning at the customer and process cancellations and changes.
• Monitor networks, analyse faults and resolve disruptions.
• Connect and test active technology such as switches, routers, OLTs and CPEs.
• Create and document basic configurations independently.

This is how you make us even better:

• You are passionate about network technology, proficient in Windows and Microsoft 365 in everyday use, and Linux knowledge will take you further.
• Your educational background includes training as an IT specialist, telematics technician, electrical installer, or similar, ideally complemented by further training.
• People, customers, and clients are at the centre for you.
• German language skills at native level as well as very good English skills.
• You hold a category B driving licence and are willing to participate in on-call duty and on-site assignments.
