The company offers its customers a unique comprehensive range, from kitchens to natural stone to extensive services, all from a single source. As part of the organisation's further development, we are looking for a committed individual as Head of Installation & Scheduling Natural Stone.

Responsibilities

In this role, you are responsible for leading the installation department as well as planning and coordinating all installation assignments in the natural stone sector. Further tasks include:

• Ensuring efficient and high-quality order processing (kitchen and bathroom countertops, wall cladding and floor coverings)
• Scheduling and resource planning in close cooperation with production, project management and sales
• Cost, time and quality control, including on construction sites
• Responsibility for quality assurance, complaint management and ongoing optimisation of installation processes

Requirements

For this responsible position, we are looking for an organisationally strong leader with technical understanding and experience in coordinating installation work on construction sites. Furthermore, we expect:

• Completed vocational training, ideally in the natural stone, carpentry or tiling environment, and further training in construction/project management
• Experience in leading employees as well as in planning and coordinating installation work
• Organisational strength, communication skills and a solution-oriented working style
• Experience with digital planning tools or ERP systems
