Introduction

We are a family business specialising in the sale and maintenance of household appliances in Geneva.

We are looking for an experienced technician to strengthen our teams.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission household appliances at customers' premises.
• Diagnose and repair faults on a wide range of household appliances.
• Provide quality customer service by answering questions and offering usage advice.
• Carry out preventive maintenance checks to ensure the proper functioning of appliances.
• Collaborate with the technical team to solve complex problems.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of spare parts and tools.

Qualifications

• Technical training or equivalent experience in the field of household appliances.
• Strong knowledge of electricity and mechanics.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems independently.
• Excellent communication skills and customer orientation.
• Valid driving licence (category B).
• Fluency in French; knowledge of English or another local language is an advantage.
