(Senior) Accountant 80-100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF90,000 - 105,000Role:
This is where tech innovation meets the global music industry. You will join our partner – a rapidly growing Zurich joint venture of two global industry leaders – where you will do far more than classic number crunching. As an operational support in the finance team, you will manage international payment transactions, understand complex cash flows, and accompany strategic forecasts. Anyone keen to financially understand the data streams of the digital entertainment world and take a step towards controlling will find a real playground here with a high proportion of home office.
Responsibilities:
You will manage the general and subsidiary ledgers for several international companies in an English-speaking environment.
You will control payment transactions, post complex intercompany transactions, and analyse cash flows.
You will contribute significantly to consolidated quarterly and annual financial statements as well as management reporting.
You will prepare VAT and withholding tax returns and carry out tax declarations.
You will support controlling in preparing budgets, liquidity and asset forecasts, as well as profitability analyses.
Qualifications:
Commercial basic training with specialised further education in finance and accounting (e.g. on the way to a professional certificate).
Several years of solid professional experience in finance & accounting in a dynamic or international environment.
Very good user knowledge of MS Excel as well as a strong affinity for numbers and data.
Independent, structured and pragmatic personality with enthusiasm for a broad, varied range of tasks.
Confident German and very good English skills, both spoken and written.
