Business Manager 100% Permanent Contract (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Develop and retain a portfolio of clients
  
• Identify new business opportunities and ensure prospecting
  
• Study project feasibility and prepare commercial offers
  
• Calculate costs, negotiate contracts and monitor projects
  
• Manage all projects on technical, financial and organisational levels
  
• Coordinate field teams and ensure smooth execution of interventions
  
• Manage purchases and relationships with suppliers
  
• Ensure financial monitoring, invoicing and profitability of projects
  
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety standards and deadlines
  
• Support, supervise and develop team skills
  
• Provide regular reporting to management

Profile

• Technical training (electrician, automation technician, building technology or equivalent training)
  
• Minimum 5 years proven experience in business or technical project management
  
• Excellent commercial skills and negotiation sense
  
• Experience in financial project management and budget monitoring
  
• Natural leadership and ability to unite teams
  
• Dynamic personality, results-oriented and enjoys challenges
  
• Fluency in French, both spoken and written; another language is an asset
• German, English or Italian are a real advantage
  
• Comfortable with IT tools and management software
