Role:
Our ROCKEN partner offers a versatile position at the interface of accounting, controlling and digitalisation. In addition to operational financial business, the focus is on the further development of reporting solutions as well as the optimisation and automation of financial processes.
Responsibilities:
Assistance with quarterly and annual financial statements as well as preparation of evaluations and provision of documents for external audits
Co-design of budgeting, forecasts, liquidity planning and long-term financial planning
Management of the implementation and further development of invoicing in Abacus
Development and expansion of Power BI dashboards for financial analysis and control
Optimisation and standardisation of financial workflows and system interfaces including automation and AI
Transfer of application knowledge of digital tools as well as participation in cross-departmental projects
Support in the search, application and financial management of third-party funds depending on interest
Qualifications:
Solid education or further training in finance and accounting
Practical experience in financial statement preparation, reporting, budgeting and design of financial processes
Very good Excel skills as well as experience with Power BI and Abacus or a comparable ERP system
High IT affinity and interest in automation, data quality and the use of AI
Analytical, structured and independent working style with a solution-oriented approach
Confident German language skills in spoken and written form; knowledge of French is an advantage
