Technical Product Owner (m/f/d)

Role:
Do you want to not only professionally accompany a digital platform but also help shape it from the ground up? In this role, you combine product management with technical understanding and work on a central eGovernment solution that is intended to enable secure and scalable digital services in the long term. You will move between strategy, architecture, and technical implementation.
Responsibilities:
You further develop the product vision and strategic roadmap of the platform.
You are responsible for the product backlog and prioritise requirements based on benefit, security, stability, and regulatory requirements.
You jointly design the platform architecture with the technical teams and accompany its development.
You drive the standardisation of APIs, integrations, automation solutions, and infrastructure components.
You further develop modern platform services and support the establishment of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code.
You work closely with business units, architecture, security, operations, and development.
You translate business requirements into sustainable technical solutions and ensure a shared alignment of the involved teams.
You develop standards, guidelines, and self-service offerings that enable independent use of the platform.
You actively promote a modern DevOps culture and support teams in further developing their working methods.
Qualifications:
You bring several years of experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, Platform Engineer, or DevOps Engineer.
You have completed a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.
You have solid knowledge of cloud and container technologies.
You have practical experience with platforms, automation, and modern deployment processes.
You understand the interrelations between API design, integrations, CI/CD, and platform architectures.
You can connect strategic goals with technical details and derive comprehensible decisions from them.
You work independently, solution-oriented, and enjoy a hands-on approach.
You communicate confidently with technical and business stakeholders.
You communicate fluently in German.
