Junior Field Service Employee 50 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client requires energetic support in field service for hotels, gastronomy, nursing homes, clinics, and other institutions. Your core tasks:

• You work hand in hand with the field service staff and support them directly on site with the customer

• You develop new business contacts and actively acquire new customers for the company

• You gradually take over the independent care of selected customers with great development potential

• You accompany the entire sales cycle - from the first contact to the successful contract signing

• You implement marketing and communication measures in practice and contribute your own ideas for further development

• You actively work with the CRM system and keep contacts, leads, and activities always up to date

What do I need to be successful?

• Successfully completed commercial or textile-related training - or a comparable qualification that qualifies you for sales

• Ideally, you have already gained some practical experience in sales or field service

• Enthusiasm for active new customer acquisition and direct contact with potential business partners

• Convincing, likeable appearance and genuine enjoyment of personal exchange with customers

• Independent, flexible, and well-organised working style - with the desire to continuously develop yourself

• Basic knowledge of marketing and CRM systems as well as proficient use of common Microsoft programmes

• Interest in textiles and high-quality products - or the willingness to acquire this expertise

• Strong hands-on approach and eagerness to actively contribute and drive things forward in an SME

• Strong communication skills and very good German skills; French and English skills are a clear plus

• Open-minded, flexible, and team-oriented personality with a strong service and customer focus

• Motivation to learn new things, contribute your own impulses, and actively shape sales processes
