Property Manager
Full-time position
Your mission
- Ensure the proper administrative and rental management of the Quartier du Flon property portfolio
- Plan, prepare and monitor the condition reports
- Draw up leases, amendments, rent increase notifications, notifications and management of termination follow-ups
- Conduct visits of rental properties, property park visits with the independent appraiser
- Follow up on tenant requests, open and monitor claims
- Manage property budgets
- Handle reminders, manage and follow up legal and litigation files
- Update statistics and reporting
- In collaboration with Mobimo FM, evaluate concierge services, plan technical renovation works and monitor execution, negotiate property maintenance contracts
Your profile
- Federal diploma as a property manager, with additional training in real estate
- Several years of management experience
- Native French speaker, German at B1 level, English is a plus
- Excellent command of MS Office, MS Dynamics/XRM, Garaio REM
- Good communication skills, ease in contacts, autonomy, customer and service orientation
