Responsibilities

As a Property Manager, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Ensure the administrative, technical, and financial management of a property portfolio.
• Be the primary contact for owners, tenants, and various service providers.
• Ensure proper maintenance of buildings and coordinate interventions by contracted companies.
• Monitor budgets, works, and claims files.
• Manage common legal situations related to tenancy law.

Candidate Profile

As a Property Manager, you have the following profile:

• Federal diploma in property management.
• Proven experience in managing a real estate portfolio in Switzerland (minimum 5 years).
• Mastery of technical, administrative, and legal aspects related to property management.
• Strong interpersonal skills and client orientation.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with internal teams.
• Good knowledge of the Vaud real estate market.
