Mandated by one of our clients, a bistronomic establishment, we are looking for: a chef de partie for a split shift position
Experienced Chef de Partie
- experience in a gastronomic or bistronomic establishment is essential
- adapts easily and quickly to the existing team
- keen sense of organisation and teamwork
- passionate, curious and great attention to detail
- You have at least a Swiss Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) in cooking and 5 years of experience
- work independently at the workstation (hot/cold)
- respect for standards and technical sheets
- rigorous application of HACCP standards
- contribution to the creative dynamic of the establishment
- split shift work from Monday to Friday
