• Therapy planning and coordination of inpatient therapies (physiotherapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy)
• Planning and monitoring of minimum criteria according to the requirements of the health insurance companies
• Electronic planning and performance recording
• Administrative and organisational tasks
• Contact with internal and external stakeholders Assistance in the therapy secretariat

Skills and potential

• Completed training as a medical practice assistant, medical secretary or nursing assistant
• Planning experience and therapeutic understanding are advantageous
• Independent, structured and efficient way of working as well as confident prioritisation
• Quick comprehension, confident appearance and networked and solution-oriented thinking
• Very good PC user skills
• Very good oral and written knowledge of the German language, oral foreign language skills are an advantage
