Your Tasks
- Handling member enquiries by phone and in writing
- Personal 360° advice on the entire product range
- Support for 1st level as well as internal partners (sections, camping, sales) with enquiries and changes
- Advice in the field of electromobility and answering questions about the E-Charge app
- Support for corporate clients around the area (roadside assistance and legal protection in traffic)
- Technical support for digital applications (apps, website login)
Your Profile
- Commercial training or experience in the service sector
- Enjoyment in contact with members - both written and by phone
- Passion for advice and sales with the needs of members at the centre
- Good technical understanding, ideally experience in technical support
- Interest in mobility topics, especially electromobility
- Very good German and French skills, spoken and written
- Flexible, reliable and solution-oriented personality with team spirit
