The Centre for Psychiatry and Psychotherapy Outpatient (Centre Director Dr med Katrin Hanno) is part of the Clinic for Psychiatry and Psychotherapy (Clinic Director Prof Dr med Marc Walter). With its five locations (Aarau, Baden, Rheinfelden, Wohlen and Zofingen), it offers local psychiatric care for the population in the canton of Aargau. The centre includes four outpatient clinics with specialist consultations, group therapies and work coaching, as well as four day centres where adult patients are treated. In addition, the centre comprises the two day clinics in Aarau and Baden as well as the "Practice for Your Mental Health" in Zofingen.

Profile

• Commercial training with experience in a comparable role, ideally in a medical environment; further training as a medical secretary is an advantage
• Confident German and enjoyment in writing reports
• Enjoyment of patient contact and a strong service orientation
• Reliable, precise and independent working style as well as teamwork and resilience
• High IT affinity

Tasks

• You welcome patients and answer the telephone
• You write medical-psychiatric reports as well as general correspondence from dictation
• You record, check and maintain patient and billing data and organise and coordinate appointments following written registration
• You manage electronic medical records in KIS/Orbis
• You take on general administrative and organisational secretarial tasks
