We are looking for an experienced Draftsperson specialising in Structural Engineering 60-100% for our Structural Design department in Bern

Your Responsibilities

• Creation of formwork and reinforcement plans in structural design for building construction
• Creation of excavation plans and construction pit closures
• Supervision of construction execution (site inspections)
• Responsibility for the further development of BIM competencies in the Structural Design department, development and implementation of BIM standards in projects
• Assistance in the training of apprentices and the development of young employees

Your Profile

• Training as a Draftsperson specialising in Structural Engineering
• Further training in digital planning / BIM (completed or ongoing) is an advantage
• At least 5 years of professional experience in structural design
• Very good knowledge of Allplan 3D, desirable also AutoCAD and Tekla Structures
• BIM experience related to Trimble products and Solibri (advantageous)
• Good German language skills, additional languages are an advantage
• Independent and precise working style
• Open, determined and proactive personality
• Motivated to optimise and digitalise existing structures and processes
