Specialist Paybill M/F

• Manage the entire salary processing and invoicing process for temporary employees
• Prepare social insurance statements and personnel statistics
• Determine withholding tax scales according to applicable legislation in most Swiss cantons
• Ensure the transmission of essential data and information to the relevant funds and administrations
• Perform reconciliations of social deductions in collaboration with accounting
• Act as the contact person for official bodies (debt enforcement offices, social funds, withholding tax, family allowances)
• Update information in the system and ensure data accuracy
• Provide support and answers to agencies on all matters relating to salaries and social insurance

• Commercial employee CFC or equivalent training
• Certification or proven experience in payroll/HR management, ideally in the temporary work sector
• Minimum 3 to 4 years’ experience in a similar position, with thorough knowledge of payroll processing and social insurance
• Good knowledge of the Swiss legal framework regarding remuneration, especially for foreign workers
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage priorities
• Ability to work with rigour and precision, even in a high-activity environment
• Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit
• Proficiency in Excel, knowledge of Easytemp software is an asset
• Fluent French, knowledge of German and/or Italian is an advantage
