Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for a Building Services Planner Sanitary / BIM for the digital planning of versatile sanitary systems from conception to execution. You will work on projects ranging from single-family homes to demanding commercial and industrial buildings and develop technical solutions directly in the 3D model. A particular focus is on BIM-based planning, model-supported coordination, and digital specialist site management using modern collaboration tools. The position is also suitable for ambitious professionals aiming for the next development step towards HF Technician Building Services.
Responsibilities:
Planning and design of sanitary systems from conception to execution planning
Creation and maintenance of 3D/BIM specialist models for sanitary technology
Calculation and dimensioning of drinking water, wastewater, and drainage systems
Technical project work with Nova and Revit
Model-based coordination with architecture, structural engineering, and other HVACSE disciplines
Conducting clash detection and BIM coordination with Solibri, Revizto, and Trimble Connect
Creation of project, execution, detail, and installation plans
Support with tenders, specifications, and technical documentation
Coordination and technical supervision of executing sanitary companies
Implementation of digitally supported specialist site management including quality and execution controls
Support for commissioning, acceptance, and revision documentation
If interested, participation in the professional training of apprentices
Qualifications:
Completed vocational training as Building Services Planner Sanitary EFZ
Further education as Dipl. Technician HF Building Services planned, started, or completed
Experience in planning and dimensioning of sanitary systems
Good knowledge of Revit and/or Nova and interest in consistently model-based planning
Knowledge of BIM coordination and tools such as Solibri, Revizto, or Trimble Connect is an advantage
Knowledge of relevant SVGW guidelines and SIA standards
Good German language skills, spoken and written
