EXCLUSIVE: Fiduciary Mandate Manager with Team Leadership (m/f/d)
Role:
In this role, as a fiduciary mandate manager with authorisation as an audit expert, you will take on a varied role in a lively environment where you will be professionally challenged and specifically supported. You will work closely with a team of over 100 professionals and benefit from the possibility of working location-independently – at various sites or from home. Responsibilities:
- You independently manage mandates and advise clients holistically and solution-oriented
- In this role, you manage financial and payroll accounting and prepare interim and annual financial statements as well as VAT returns
- As a fiduciary mandate manager with authorisation as an audit expert, you conduct limited audits as the lead auditor
- You handle tax declarations for natural and legal persons
- In this role, you maintain direct contact with auditors, banks, and authorities
- As a fiduciary mandate manager with authorisation as an audit expert, you maintain existing client relationships and support new client acquisition
Qualifications:
- You hold a professional certificate or expert diploma in fiduciary services or finance and accounting and have professional experience in fiduciary services
- You possess authorisation as an audit expert RAB
- You bring leadership experience, enjoy taking responsibility, and want to lead and develop a team and location
- You have a strong flair for numbers, business contexts, as well as analytical and networked thinking
- You communicate confidently in German and ideally have good English skills
- You are team-oriented, flexible, think and act entrepreneurially, enjoy working digitally, and maintain contacts with convincing communication skills
