Industrial Process Performance Manager (M/F)

Within this role, attached to our Methods Division, you will participate in the definition, implementation and embedding of the Patek Philippe production system across our various sites. You will also manage strategic and complex projects to improve industrial performance, taking into account production constraints and the "manufacturability" of our products, whilst respecting our commitments in terms of agility, quality and efficiency.

• Analyse customer needs, diagnose potential improvements in the production process and propose actions to achieve potential performance gains.
• Support the deployment of progress plans and ensure their sustainable maintenance.
• Be the reference for Lean, Six Sigma tools and the DMAIC methodology.
• Provide training, support employees with specific tools and monitor teams in change management support.

• Master's degree in mechanical/microtechnology or equivalent training.
• Minimum 10 years' experience as a Lean Manufacturing expert in project management within industrial production.
• Expertise in DMAIC methodology, Lean Manufacturing tools, Six Sigma and Quality tools (8D, capability, audit, etc.).
• Proficiency in management tools, notably SAP.
• Proficiency in project management and risk management.
• Good listening skills, interpersonal ease, diplomacy.
• Ability to lead and manage project teams.
• Rigor, critical and synthetic thinking.
• Negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Hands-on approach, customer and solution orientation.
