Engineer who is responsible for the operation of demanding ICT systems, resolves complex support cases, and independently advances customer projects. The position offers scope for creativity in an innovation-driven team with diverse tasks along the digital transformation
- Support technical project implementations together with the engineering team
- Maintenance and operation of modern ICT infrastructures for corporate customers
- Creation of technical documentation adhering to high-quality standards
- Co-development of individual IT solutions within presales activities
- Initial professional experience in IT system operation and customer support necessary
- Ability to carefully document technical processes and solutions
- Team-oriented working style with high personal responsibility and initiative
- Willingness to participate in projects and presales activities desired
