Role:
An internationally active technology company specialising in advanced solutions for surface finishing and protection of industrial components.
Particularly exciting is the high technical depth of the work: coatings are specifically tailored to the respective requirements, analysed and continuously developed further.
Employees work at the interface of research, engineering, production and customer consulting and deal with demanding technological issues.
Responsibilities:
You take on a versatile role at the interface of financial accounting and administration and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Managing cash, bank, post, PayPal and Worldline is part of your duties, as well as the daily cash closings of the catering businesses.
You independently carry out debtor and creditor postings, support dunning processes and assist in reconciling relevant accounts.
Together with the team, you support monthly and annual financial statements as well as the preparation of VAT returns.
Qualifications:
A commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification forms your foundation.
You have solid professional experience in accounting and are familiar with operational accounting processes.
You work confidently and competently with MS Office; practical experience with Sage is a plus.
Numerical affinity, accuracy and a structured approach are among your strengths.
You are resilient, think in networks and have a quick grasp of things.
An independent, reliable and service-oriented working style as well as very good German skills complete your profile.
