Responsibilities:
You independently manage payroll processing in ABACUS and ensure correct and timely handling.
As a contact person for social insurances and insurance benefits, you competently support employees and assist with annual financial statements.
You apply your affinity for numbers in monthly evaluations and reports and support the financial accounting department.
Your commercial training or your qualification from a hotel management school, complemented by further training in payroll or HR as well as experience in a comparable position, ideally in gastronomy or hospitality, form your professional basis.
You convince with your precise, discreet and service-oriented working style, your enthusiasm for numbers and Excel, as well as flawless German language skills in spoken and written form.
Qualifications:
Thanks to your completed commercial training or training at a hotel management school and further education in payroll or HR administration, you bring the necessary expertise.
You have already gained experience in a comparable role.
Payroll processing with ABACUS, handling Excel and creating meaningful evaluations are among your strengths.
Your responsible, structured and discreet working style as well as your flexibility and service orientation distinguish you.
You have flawless German language skills in spoken and written form.
