Your Task
- Design and development of individual metal construction projects
- Creation of 3D models as well as workshop and assembly drawings
- Technical clarifications and development of constructive solutions
- Preparation of parts lists and production documents
- Accompanying projects from planning to production and assembly
- Close collaboration with workshop, assembly, customers and suppliers
- Support in work preparation and material procurement
- Varied and diverse projects in metal construction
- Direct connection to own production and assembly
- Independent work with plenty of creative freedom
- Modern tools and a well-equipped production
- Short decision-making paths and flat hierarchies
- Family-like and collegial working environment
- Long-term and secure employment
- Opportunity to contribute own ideas and take responsibility
- Training as a metal construction designer EFZ or a comparable technical education
- Good knowledge of 3D CAD design
- Technical understanding and enjoyment of practical, constructive solutions
- Experience in metal construction is an advantage
- Knowledge in work preparation and project management is a plus
- Independent, reliable and structured way of working
- Good German language skills in spoken and written form
- Team-oriented personality with enjoyment in collaboration with workshop and assembly
