Senior Security Analyst - Co-Lead (m/f/d)

Monitoring and analysing security events in networks, systems, identities and cloud environments as well as continuous optimisation of detection capabilities
Investigation and handling of security incidents including threat analysis, documentation and derivation of appropriate countermeasures in daily and on-call operations
Conducting threat and vulnerability monitoring as well as identifying and assessing security-relevant risks
Supporting customers within the scope of managed security services, security reviews and reports as well as advising on improving the security situation
Assuming co-lead responsibility for the ITAR team including shift planning, task coordination, professional support and deputising for the team management
Qualifications:
Completed training in IT EFZ with further education HF/FH or comparable qualification
Several years of experience in cyber security / security operations, ideally in a SOC environment
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender XDR, KQL, networks, operating systems, identities and cloud security
Experience with incident response, threat detection, vulnerability management and managed security services as well as willingness for 24/7 on-call duty
Strong analytical and communication skills, high personal responsibility and initial leadership experience or coaching competence; very good German and English skills; residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate or work as a cross-border commuter
