Sanitary Planner (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- You develop and implement sanitary concepts
- You independently handle small to medium new build and renovation projects in all planning phases
- You create detailed drawings according to the project manager's specifications
- You independently carry out calculations and designs for small and medium projects
- You prepare tender documents and quotations
- You create insertion, recess, and execution plans as well as schematic diagrams
- You plan projects using 2D and 3D
- You conduct inspections and specialist site management
- You participate in BIM projects
Qualifications:
- You have completed training as a building services planner specialising in sanitation
- You have good CAD skills (preferably Plancal Nova)
- Experience in project organisation is an advantage
- You bring creative and analytical thinking
- You demonstrate team spirit and quality awareness
- You are proficient in German, both spoken and written
