Your main tasks : Job description
- Support the Head of Department in managing the Heritage and Energy Service (SPES) and act as deputy in their absence.
- Participate in the planning and management of the service's activities, as well as in the supervision and monitoring of staff.
- Ensure the administrative and financial follow-up of the service: operating budget, management report, accounts and invoice control.
- Contribute to the preparation of documents intended for political authorities and relations with the Municipality.
- Manage real estate projects for transformation and renovation, from study to completion of works, ensuring cost, deadline and quality monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety standards and requirements for municipal heritage buildings and installations.
- Contribute to the development of processes and tools for managing real estate assets.
Your background :
- You hold an EPFL Master’s degree in architecture or engineering, or a HES diploma – REG A or B.
- You have additional training or specialisation in real estate asset management and management.
- You have at least 5 years’ experience in team leadership as well as in the development and execution of projects and works.
- You are familiar with the legal and regulatory provisions of the sector as well as the processes and rules of public procurement.
- You possess knowledge in sustainable construction, building physics and energy.
- Knowledge of institutional functioning is desirable.

- You master common IT tools and have perfect command of spoken and written French; knowledge of German and English is welcome.
