With several office and warehouse locations in the cantons of Bern, Aargau and Zurich, it employs around 400 staff and is part of the Austrian MTH Retail Group operating in the DACH region.

Due to a new appointment, we are looking for you:
Your tasks

• Are you communicative, love telephone customer contact in German and French, and enjoy working in a great team? Then you are exactly right with us!
• You look after our customers by phone – with friendliness, competence and an open ear. In doing so, you not only sell our versatile product range but also impress with cross- and upselling talent.
• You actively maintain relationships – you care for our loyal customers with commitment, strengthen the relationship, reactivate them or awaken new enthusiasm.
• You handle customer concerns and complaints professionally and efficiently – because satisfied customers are your goal.
