Deputy Head of Payroll (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF125,000 - 135,000Role:

Responsibilities:
As a professional contact point, you support the payroll team with demanding issues and take over the deputy role of the responsible payroll management when required.
You oversee the monthly payroll processing for around 9,000 employees including the associated subsidiaries, ensuring high quality and punctuality.
In complex cases concerning social insurance, withholding tax, pension funds and other payroll matters, you find suitable solutions together with the relevant departments.
You accompany monthly and annual financial statements, carry out necessary reconciliations and work closely with internal departments as well as external partners.
The annual salary review and various payroll projects are also part of your responsibilities, as is the further development of existing processes.
With your experience, you support digitalisation and contribute to the efficient and future-oriented development of the HR system landscape.
Qualifications:
A specialised HR qualification focusing on payroll or social insurance forms your foundation.
You bring several years of professional experience in Swiss payroll.
Sound knowledge of the Swiss salary and social insurance system as well as withholding tax is part of your expertise.
You work very confidently and proficiently with SAP, Excel and other MS Office applications.
You have fluent German language skills.
