Role:
You will start your career in a varied IT environment and learn from the outset how modern IT infrastructures are operated and further developed at customers. In this entry-level position, you will support customers at 1st and 2nd level via remote maintenance or on-site, install workstations and servers, and provide cloud-based solutions. You will participate in projects, manage Microsoft 365 environments, set up backups, and build WLAN environments. You will benefit from an experienced team, continuously develop your technical skills, and gradually take on more responsibility.
Responsibilities:
You support customers at 1st and 2nd level via remote maintenance or on-site and assist with projects
You install workstations and servers, provide cloud-based solutions, and build WLAN environments
You maintain and adjust firewalls, perform user mutations, and manage permissions
You monitor and operate customer IT infrastructures and manage Microsoft 365 environments
You set up backups and ensure their operation
Additionally, you take on administrative tasks such as creating offers and handling warranty cases
Qualifications:
You hold a category B driving licence
You are interested in professional development and want to learn continuously
You speak excellent German and have good to very good English skills
You are communicative, a team player, and enjoy working with people
You describe yourself as reliable, open, independent, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
You have a technical interest and enjoy familiarising yourself with new topics
