Role:
Our client is one of the largest trading and service organisations in Switzerland and operates in various business areas. Besides retail, the company environment includes food production, logistics, gastronomy, and other services. Responsibilities:
You take on the personnel and professional leadership of a payroll team of about ten employees and actively support your team in its development.
You coordinate the monthly payroll runs in a rotating team structure.
You ensure the quality of payroll processes in SAP SuccessFactors EC/ECP through system tests, account reconciliations, and closing tasks.
You monitor the correct implementation of ongoing and annual payrolls as well as the timely submission of ELM reports.
You organise collaboration during audits, prepare the necessary documentation, and accompany internal and external examinations.
Qualifications:
A completed EFZ qualification and an additional qualification in payroll, HR, social insurance, or fiduciary services form your professional basis.
You have several years of professional experience in a comparable payroll role and have already taken on initial responsibility in leading employees.
Your expertise includes the Swiss salary and social insurance landscape, withholding tax, and labour law basics.
You work confidently with SAP systems.
As a communicative, team-oriented leader, you approach change openly, remain resilient even in demanding situations, and have German language skills at C1 level.
