Building Electrician Technician (M/F)

To strengthen our "Building" Department, we are looking for a:

Tasks:

• Ensure the maintenance, upkeep and proper functioning of buildings and technical installations, with particular expertise in building electricity.
• Actively contribute to occupational risk prevention and the implementation of HSE actions, in collaboration with the HSE & Technical Services Manager, in compliance with safety standards and current regulations.

Responsibilities:

Technical Services

• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical and technical building installations;
• Carry out electrical installations, modifications and repairs (lighting, panels, connections, equipment);
• Participate in the commissioning of new installations or equipment;
• Take part in interventions on the building's technical installations (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, water, compressed air, etc.);
• Perform inspections and checks according to established maintenance plans;
• Contribute to the general upkeep of buildings and infrastructure;
• Participate in renovation, improvement and compliance works;
• Collaborate with external service providers during technical interventions;
• Apply and strictly adhere to Health, Safety and Environmental rules;
• Be proactive in managing anomalies, non-conformities or any risk situations;

Health & Safety

• Participate in HSE inspections and risk analyses, report hazardous situations and ensure follow-up of corrective measures.
• Contribute to the reporting and analysis of accidents, incidents and near-misses, as well as the implementation of defined preventive actions.
• Participate in raising staff awareness of HSE rules, particularly regarding PPE, hazardous products, first aid and fire prevention.
• Ensure the updating and monitoring of HSE documentation within their scope: registers, control sheets, reports, indicators and archiving.

Profile:

• Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as an electrician installer or equivalent training;
• Proven experience in a technical position related to building and maintenance;
• General knowledge of building technical installations;
• Authorisation for low voltage installations (Art 13 OIBT);
• Strong skills in building electricity;
• Knowledge of infrastructure and technical equipment;
• Ability to diagnose and resolve faults;
• Knowledge of applicable safety standards and regulations;
• Ability to read plans and technical diagrams;
• Autonomy, versatility and sense of responsibility;
• Rigour, thoroughness and reliability;
• Good team spirit and service orientation;
• Flexibility and availability;
• Good physical condition.
