Overall project management:
You take on the responsibility for leading and coordinating HVAC projects across all phases - from planning through execution to acceptance. Project planning and control:
You create and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time, with high quality, and economically. Technical responsibility:
You are responsible for the technical planning and execution of HVAC projects, taking into account applicable standards, regulations, and quality requirements. Coordination of trades:
You coordinate the collaboration between the involved trades (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitation) and ensure smooth coordination with other specialist areas and external partners. Customer contact:
You act as the main contact person for our clients and ensure that their requirements and expectations are met within the project framework. Cost and quality control:
You are responsible for budget control and implement measures to maintain quality standards. You identify potential risks and take measures to minimise them. Reporting:
You prepare regular project reports and inform management and clients about project progress.
Completed studies in building services engineering, supply engineering or a comparable technical education Several years of professional experience in project management of HVAC projects, ideally in building services engineering Sound knowledge in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitation Experience in budget planning, control and resource management Strong leadership and communication skills as well as negotiation skills Independent, structured working style and a high level of responsibility Good IT skills (MS Office, CAD software advantageous) Very good German language skills in spoken and written form, English skills are an advantage
